Our latest book project currently undergoes production at Springer. “Sustainable Value Chain Management” introduces a new management approach, which integrates multiple perspectives and drives sustainability ‘inside-out’ from the core business. Sustainability subsequently has to be considered in companies’ value chains and final products alike. The book finds a balance between theory and practice as contributions from various organisations and companies show how they approach sustainability in their respective value chain.
The book will contain the following chapters:
- shared.value.chain: Profitable growth through sustainable value creation
- BEIERSDORF: Generating joint added value through collaboration, planning and evaluation
